Dennis Conroy

Managing Director

As Managing Director of Barcon Security, Dennis started the company in 2007 to meet increasing demand to use his expertise to solve client security problems.  He has more than three decades of security management experience including establishing 24hour control rooms and managing guard operations. 

Dennis is ‘hands-on’ within all aspects of his business – often working on the job, alongside his respected team of security professionals.  

Lilliann Conroy

Operations Director

Lilliann is a director of Barcon Security and has an extensive background in retail management. Holding management roles with large retail chain stores, Lilliann gained a wealth of first-hand experience in the complex challenges of security in retail environments.

In 2013, Lilliann joined Barcon Security as Operations Director. She is involved in all facets of the security operation and remains ‘hands-on’ through regularly taking on night time patrols as required.

Aaron Tomlin

Assistant Operations Manager

Aaron has been involved in the security industry for the last 20 years. He started his professional security career involved in a variety of duties including close protection, cash in transit and site security. As site supervisor for the America’s Cup Village, he managed anywhere from 15 – 40 officers.

Starting with Barcon Security in 2016 as a Night Manager, Aaron brings strong industry experience to his current role as Assistant Operations Manager.

James Aiono

Night Manager

James joined Barcon Security in 2008 as a casual employee after making a change of career into security. James rapidly proved to the company that he had the potential to become a member of the management team.

In 2012 when Barcon Security established its first Mobile Patrol Division, James was the first mobile patrol security officer. From there, James has progressed through supervisory, training and managerial positions, to his current role of Night Manager.

Tash King

Wiri Operations/Customer Service Manager

Based at our Wiri Office, Tash recently joined our Barcon Security team in a newly established role as Wiri Operations and Customer Service Manager.

Tash comes with an extensive security background including 8 years in the New Zealand military, and 13 years working in the security industry. Her experience working in static and patrol security is a great asset for our clients and will enhance our services in this area.

Fiona Crasta

Office Manager

Fiona completed her Masters in Business Administration specialising in finance.

With high level Executive Assistant roles in her impressive resume, Fiona relocated to New Zealand in 2015 to undertake further education and complete level 7 study.

Fiona joined Barcon in 2016 as Office Manager and is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the Barcon Security office systems and processes.
